WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-5 years of experience with digital advertising and social media marketing
  • Advanced copywriting and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a constantly-changing startup environment
  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms and social media publishing best practices
  • Experience with increasing social engagement and video views
  • Someone who can manage marketing by the numbers and understands applicable KPI's

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Creating and managing ad campaigns on Twitter, Facebook, and Adroll that effectively generate inbound leads from our target audience of coaches
  • Facilitating conversations and promoting organic growth across all Krossover social networks
  • Working with our Content team to develop a social media strategy geared towards athletes and sports fans, increasing audience engagement and highlight video views
  • Helping to promote the Content team's blog articles and videos by posting them to our social networks and leveraging them in digital ad campaigns
  • Collaborating with our Graphic Design team to create high-quality digital assets
  • Reporting ad performance to management
  • Frequently adjusting planned campaigns to meet strategic goals and accommodate new products and services
